Race Kit & Services
Race bib, insurance, finisher medal, electronic finisher certificate, race-day refreshments, and post-race meal.

From 2026 onward, race kits will be delivered by mail. Please return the timing chip after the race to receive your deposit refund.

Eco-Friendly Event: Aid stations along the course and the post-race food service will not provide disposable tableware or cups. Please bring your own reusable tableware and water bottle.

Post-Race Picnic: Post-race meals will be provided. Participants and volunteers are welcome to bring their own folding chairs, canopies, or picnic blankets to enjoy a relaxing picnic after the race.

Heat and Safety Precautions: The Dadu Mountain area is known for its high temperatures. Participants are strongly encouraged to bring a hydration pack or water bottle and take proper sun protection measures, including sunscreen and insect repellent.

Mobile Phone & Map: Participants or parents must bring a mobile phone and download the offline map for use during the event.

Minors & Parental Participation: Each minor participant must register together with one parent. Parents should carefully assess both their own and their child’s physical condition to choose the most suitable race category. Parents must accompany their child throughout the entire race.

Race check-in and pack collection will be conducted on-site. No pre-race mailing service is available.

Staggered Starts: The event uses staggered starts. Start and cut-off times for each category are detailed in the "Event Location and Schedule" section. Participants must start within their designated time slot. Starting early or late will result in an inaccurate chip time and will be considered a non-completion.

No Down-shifting: There is no option to switch to a shorter race distance during the event. Failure to complete your registered race distance will be considered a non-completion.

No Transfers or Sales: Race entries are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unauthorized transfer or sale of entries, or changing race categories without prior authorization, will result in disqualification. The organizing committee will not assume any responsibility and reserves the right to pursue legal action.

Environmental Responsibility: To promote environmental protection, water cups will not be provided at aid stations or the event venue. Please bring your own water bottle or hydration pack. Littering along the course is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

Changes and Cancellations: Changes and cancellations can be made before the online registration deadline. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after the deadline.

Refund Policy: Refunds are available before the registration deadline, subject to a NTD 100 administrative fee. Refund requests must be submitted through the EBET customer service area, selecting "Refund Assistance" from the dropdown menu, and completing the form. No other refund methods will be accepted.

Weather Conditions: The event will proceed as scheduled unless a typhoon warning, heavy rain warning, or government-mandated suspension of work and school is issued, or the event is postponed by the organizers. In the event of a postponement due to natural disasters, registration fees are non-refundable.

Unauthorized Participation: Unauthorized registration, running for another participant, or transferring a registration will result in the participant assuming full liability for any accidents, including insurance claims and legal responsibility.

Media Rights: The organizing committee retains all rights to the audio and video recordings of this event, including news media operation, broadcasting, recording, and sale.

Image Rights: By registering, you agree to allow the organizers to take your photograph and use your image in event promotion. If you do not agree, please do not register.

Health & Safety: Participants must assess their own health condition. Individuals with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or other conditions that may not be suitable for prolonged exercise should not participate. Participants are responsible for any incidents resulting from undisclosed health conditions. The organizing committee is not responsible for any health or safety issues.

Insurance Notice
All participants are covered by personal accident insurance.
Due to legal regulations, the maximum coverage for participants under the age of 15 cannot exceed NTD 690,000; therefore, their medical coverage is limited to NTD 60,000.
Each adult participant is insured for up to NTD 1,000,000 for accidental death and injury, with an additional NTD 100,000 for medical expenses. -
Participant Responsibility: Participants must understand the risks associated with trail running, carefully review this document, ensure the accuracy of their registration information, confirm their physical and mental fitness, and voluntarily agree to participate. Participants assume full responsibility for any accidents during the event.
